Turn inside out, machine wash cold with similar colors. Tumble dry medium.

Our denim styles are sewn in the USA with double single needle construction for durability.

Our Italian Denim comes from one of the most sustainable denim mills in the world. This mill has a zero waste process with their cotton, keeping all cotton in their supply chain with no waste. With a focus on circularity and traceability, this mill does not discard of any water, but keeps the water recycled in their process. All of their cottons are fully traceable back to the source. They do not use any harmful chemicals in their process.. Among the many globally recognized certifications they hold, they are GOTS, Better Cotton, Oeko Tex 100 and Global Recycling Standard certified. They also hold several certifications for safe labor and human rights including Wordly and SA 8000 certifications amongst others.

Return Policy

We gladly accept returns on domestic, full-price items that are unworn, unwashed, tagged, and in their original received condition. Items must be free from stains, animal hair, odors, or any signs of wear. Returns may be requested within 7 days of receiving your order. We must receive your return within 10 days of return initiation; returns received outside this timeframe are eligible for store credit only. All sale items and items purchased with a discount code are final sale, with the exception of our welcome code. We do not accept returns for orders placed through Facebook or Instagram.

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not comply with this policy.

For footwear, please keep shoe boxes in their original condition and ensure soles remain unmarked. We recommend trying shoes on a soft surface, such as carpet, to help preserve their condition.

Once your return package has been handed to the shipping carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer. Shaina Mote is not responsible for items lost, stolen, damaged, or delayed in transit.

Refunds & Exchanges

Please note that exchanges and returns for store credit are free of charge, and you will receive a pre-paid return label upon completing your request. Returns for refund are subject to a handling fee of $20. No restocking fee for in store returns.

Refunds will be credited within 3 -7 business days of receipt of your return.Depending on your financial institution, refunds may take up to an additional 10 days to appear on your account statement. Returns are processed on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Fridays.

Purchases made using a gift card or store credit are eligible for exchange or store credit only.

International Orders

We do not accept returns or exchanges on international orders at this time.
