Our Washed Linen and Cotton styles are produced by our partners in Lithuania. With a focus on Oeko-Tex certified European textiles, they source locally in Lithuania and Europe, minimizing the CO2 impact of transportation. The company uses geothermal energy, a clean and self-renewable heating method that doesn’t release any CO2. Our Cotton is certified organic. We source the highest quality standard Cotton for our woven garments, and choose the finest hand feel. Cotton is a natural and biodegradable material.

Returns

We want you to love your purchase. If something isn't quite right, we're happy to accept returns on domestic, full-price items that are unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached, and in the same condition you received them. Items must be free of stains, odors, pet hair, and any signs of wear.

Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order, and we must receive your return within 10 days of your return request. Returns received after this timeframe are eligible for store credit only.

Please note:

• Sale items are final sale.
• Items purchased with a discount code are final sale, with the exception of purchases made using our welcome code.
• Orders placed through Facebook or Instagram are not eligible for return.

We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet the above requirements.

Footwear

To ensure shoes remain eligible for return, please keep the shoe box in its original condition and avoid marking the soles. We recommend trying shoes on indoors, on a soft surface like carpet.

Once your return has been dropped off with the shipping carrier, it is the customer's responsibility. We are unable to replace or refund packages that are lost, stolen, damaged, or delayed while in transit.

Refunds & Exchanges

Exchanges and returns for store credit are always free, and we'll provide a prepaid return shipping label once your request is approved.

Returns for a refund are subject to a $20 handling fee. If you return your item in person, there is no restocking fee.

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–7 business days. Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take up to 10 additional business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Returns are processed on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Fridays.

Purchases made with a gift card or store credit are eligible for exchange or store credit only.

International Orders

At this time, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on international orders.
