At Home Try-On

Try on pieces from the Shaina Mote collection from the comfort of your own home, with free shipping and returns. 

To start:

1. Get in touch with us at vipservices@shainamote.com and you will be connected to a sales associate who can put together an order of up to six pieces for you to try on at home.

2. We will apply a fully refundable 30% deposit for the total retail value of the items you select. Once deposit payment is processed, we will provide tracking information for your shipment with a return label included.

3. Once you receive your items, there is a 4 day period from the delivery date during which you can initiate a return if needed. Any shipments not postmarked after the 4 day window will be charged the remaining balance of the total value, though will be eligible for return and refund within our regular returns policy.

Please note that the At Home Try-On service is offered only within the US at this time. Only full price items (excluding masks) are eligible for At Home Try-On.
