Our knitwear is produced in Peru by a workshop started by two women who each spent ten years working in the local knitwear market before beginning their own business. They maintain strong relationships with their clients and their local artisans to execute beautiful, quality garments. Their company respects their artisans, pays them in advance for their time, and partners with them on all aspects of their work. Since 2015, we have maintained a strong partnership with them, and are currently working together with the workshop and their GOTS-certified yarn mills to innovate solutions to avoid yarn waste.

We are proud to continue to work together with this small, women-run workshop and to honor the skills and traditions of knitwear production in Peru.

Shipping

We offer free domestic shipping on all orders over $350. A shipping confirmation with tracking will be emailed when your order has been shipped.

Orders shipping within the US are shipped via UPS Ground - typical ship times are 3-7 working days. Please contact us for rush shipping options. We offer shipping insurance with Route which can be added to your order on the cart page.

Orders shipping to destinations outside the US will be shipped via DHL (typical ship time is 3-7 days) or USPS (typical ship time is up to three weeks depending on destination). If you have placed an order shipping to a destination outside the US, tax, customs and import duties will be levied by the client's local government on top of our shipping cost.  Please review our Shipping page for more details.

Returns

Any full-price, unworn and unwashed items may be returned for refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. Purchases made using a gift card or store credit are eligible for exchange or store credit only.

Your account will be credited your refund or any difference in your exchange within 3 business days of receipt. Please note that it may take up to an additional 10 days for the refund to show up on your account statement, depending on your credit issuer’s processing time.
