Oil Decanter

Building sculpture out of a popular kitchen gadget, designer Christopher Gentner brought to market a hand-tarnished brass oil decanter that he could leave out on his counter. Oil seems to move from the container to the spout magically, as the two don’t appear to be connected.

Shaina Mote helped co-curate a selection for the Los Angeles pop-up with Alicia, which includes glassware from Anna Karlin and Mark Pavlovits, recycled rubber and brass coasters from Slash Objects, and a variety of giftable items from Christopher Gentner.
