We offer free domestic shipping on all orders over $350. A shipping confirmation with tracking will be sent when your order has been shipped. Domestic orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail. International orders are shipped via DHL, USPS Priority Mail, or USPS First Class International. Please note that the typical ship time for DHL is 2⁠—5 days, while USPS First Class International can take up to three weeks in transit. We highly recommend purchasing Route shipping insurance with your order when choosing the USPS First Class International ship option. Regardless of whether or not you have chosen to purchase shipping insurance, we are not responsible for items lost, damaged or stolen in the mail.

If you have placed an order shipping to a destination outside the US, tax, customs and import duties will be levied by the client's local government on top of our shipping cost. All additional taxes and fees are the responsibility of the customer. This can range from 20% to 40% of the order value.
